As my 1:1 services are currently fully booked, I wanted to create this membership to support more women in feeling their absolute best.
I want you to wake up feeling refreshed, have consistent energy throughout the day, and experience a sense of calm and happiness.
My mission is to support everyone in achieving optimal health.
My own health journey led me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist and become a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner almost 15 years ago. I was burnt out, had been diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions, had PCOS, and an ulcer. I didn't want to rely on medication, so I learned how to get to the root cause of all the issues I had and managed to resolve each one of those diagnoses.
Whether you have a health complaint or not, this challenge will help you understand yourself better and provide you with evidence-informed steps you can take to unlock your health.
